Drexel University - 3101 Market Street Research Laboratories and Classrooms

DJVI provided Professional Engineering Services for the design and documentation of MEP/FP modifications for the renovation of 3101 Market Street, formerly the Bulletin Building. The renovations encompassed $10M and approximately 60,000 sq.ft. of space and added common areas for students to convene and collaborate, wet laboratories, opto-electrical-mechanical laboratory, music and entertainment technology laboratory, dual reverberation chamber, teaching spaces, faculty research labs and offices, and a large machine shop to the space.
