Dimitri J. Ververelli, Inc. provided MEP/FP engineering services for an expansion kitchen to support PCCA’s 2 million square feet of space, including seven exhibit halls totaling 679,000 square feet of exhibit space. The project included all new kitchen equipment, new kitchen exhaust systems, power to all new equipment, an air handling system dedicated for the space, sanitary drainage and grease traps and the overall maximized utilization of existing space for the PCCA.

The new commercial kitchen allows the PCCA to carefully navigate through changing customer expectations while creating environments that attract a broad cross-section of customers.
